combines the secular with the spiritual and creates a synergy between psychological knowledge and the knowledge of experiential healing - here from Yoga, Ayurveda & Vedanta. Every human being is conceived and born into this world with his or her own unique make-up and conditions. This 'prakriti', the true essential nature - as Ayurveda calls it - is the basis of every person's very own constitution. They are endowed with very special qualities. If we are aware of this, we already achieve a high degree of self-fulfilment from an Ayurvedic perspective. This is because one of the elementary goals of life and healing is to be in harmony with one's own constitution. This is the key to a long, healthy and fulfilling life. The\u00a0FLOW OF INNER SILENCE Mentoring for personal HEALING & psychospiritual CHANGE<\/span>\u00a0is intended for those interested in spiritual & holistic health, whose path is deeper than that which flows along on the worldly surface. Those who are interested see themselves as a kind of student (although I am not a master) and place themselves in their own observer position in order to experience themselves in the facets of nutrition, movement, relaxation, breathing and thinking, with transcendence as the goal, without having to explain the fullness of spirituality. Transformation is a matter of the heart, techniques move out of focus, the emphasis is on the journey itself. At the beginning of this journey together, we explore the inherent individual potential and appreciate every step that has brought you through the horizon of experience to the momentum. Each of these steps was a wonderful piece of the mosaic to become who you are. In this quest of \"Who am I?\" we constantly encounter the question of \"Who am I not?\" before we get a final answer to the former question. Decision, courage, patience, strength & humility are part of this path, without associating too strongly with the patterns and what surrounds us. This spiritual journey acts as a mirror with an open opportunity for reflection beyond reprehensible judgement.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
