This interpretation also corresponds to a widely recognized understanding within the Tantric tradition. There, the three powers of the goddess Tripura Sundar\u012b are described as icch\u0101 (Will), j\u00f1\u0101na (Knowledge), and kriy\u0101 (Action).\n\nThe name itself literally means approximately \u201cShe of the Three Cities\u201d or \u201cShe of the Three Worlds,\u201d while Sundar\u012b means \u201cthe Beautiful One.\u201d\n\nThese forces are not mere ideas \u2013 they are alive. As an author, I create poetry, novels, specialist literature, and philosophical works. Yoga, breathwork, and meditation open pathways to stillness and embodied awareness. Coaching, Darshan, retreats, and supervision invite self-encounter \u2013 in the light of Advaita philosophy and a path grounded in direct experience.\n\nIn this work, I bring together conventional medical knowledge and spiritual psychology, structured thinking and intuitive presence. Empathy, clarity, and inner alignment create a space in which you can encounter yourself more deeply \u2013 beyond technique, beyond method.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"906\" data-end=\"1052\">Transformation occurs when heart, body and mind come into contact with each other again.
