COACHING & MINDFULNESS CAMP - October 2022

Location: Aswan / Egypt (in Germany with Corona-related travel restrictions)

The focus of this camp is on intensive work on oneself. Inner child work, becoming aware of one's own blind spots, practising unconditional and non-judgemental acceptance of the self, contemplating the WHY of life and the trace of one's own legacy in connection with the examination of neuroscientific findings and biochemical processes. Daily short and long breathing & meditation sessions, yin & yang yoga, micro-exercises, expression through movement, body, language & art are involved in this full and thoroughly intensive week.

Our starting point is a small guesthouse in Aswan, where a German friend who lives locally introduces us to the country, the desert and the people during her time off work.

Price for the retreat per person: 700.00 plus VAT (max. 18 persons), due upon registration after receipt of invoice. 

8 days / 7 nights incl. breakfast and 1 hot meal 

Price for the overnight stay per person: 240,00 € plus VAT (max. 18 persons)

Flat with 4 beds, 1 triple room, 2 double rooms, no single rooms available. If a single room is required, the accommodation and catering flat rate increases to € 70.00 per person per night. If you want to sleep alone, the accommodation price increases (€ 490.00).

Flight costs between € 250.00 - € 500.00 depending on the provider

# 70 % Payment of the retreat and accommodation & catering flat rate in case of cancellation by 15.09.2022

# 100 % Payment of the retreat and accommodation & catering flat rate in case of cancellation by 01.10.2022

Travel cancellation insurance: 

I urgently request that you take out travel cancellation insurance for Egypt! And for cancellation insurance in general, should we have to move the retreat to Germany.
