Not only seeing the sum of all the individual parts, but also considering the connections, relationships and permanent movement and connection of all parts to each other is the aim of Connection & Connectedness. Everything is interrelated, everything is in constant change and movement.
We humans are not just the sum of our organs and our minds, our feelings and our environment. Everything in and around us is connected to us. We relate to our environment and the environment relates to us. Our heart does not work on its own, it is in constant contact with our organs and draws its energy from our breath. The air we breathe in travels through our body, it gives us life energy (prana). We breathe out, releasing air. Through breathing we are constantly connected to everything.
The quality of the air we breathe is also determined by the plants that surround us. If we nurture and care for these plants, we can not only maintain the good air, but also improve it. Plants also need water to thrive. For this, they need enough rain. For there to be enough rain, there also needs to be enough water on the ground, because evaporation creates clouds, which in turn create rain. Good soil is needed for plants to thrive. This is created by good humus, which is produced when leaves and other dead plant parts fall off ...
This series can be continued. Everything is in a constant state of change and must always be seen in relation to one another.
If we refer to the human aspects, we are in a constant relationship with ourselves, always subject to changes in our inner and outer form and inevitably in relation to our constantly changing environment. Unconditionality and acceptance are prerequisites for this natural cycle of the being that constitutes us.
Holistic SUPERVISION & MEDIATION are partial aspects of this natural wholeness; it does not make judgements about good or bad, right or wrong. It is always about experience, learning and growth. It tries to see the bigger picture and take several influencing factors into account. That process of holistic SUPERVISION & MEDIATION is suitable for People who want to be accompanied on a voluntary 1:1 basis or in groups

Systemic SUPERVISION & MEDIATION refers to the fundamentals of systems theory, systemic family therapy and counselling science. It explains the behaviour of people not in isolation from their inner characteristics, but from their relationships and interactions with each other and with their system environment:
The psyche is exposed to this entire process, which is influenced by all three areas and acts according to the individual reaction patterns.
Through systemic SUPERVISION & MEDIATION you, your family / your team / your colleagues will find your direction in life - paths that are based on freedom, joy, self-determination and individual health. For most people, it is not always easy to develop their true potential and "keep their head" - even in difficult life situations - through learning processes in individual life environments such as family, education and the world of work. Nowadays, professional and social opportunities are wide-ranging, so that sooner or later signs of excessive demands, conflicts and health problems become apparent. This can often lead to stigmatisation. It is becoming increasingly important to make people aware of their current situation from an observer's perspective, to support them and offer them the opportunity to work on themselves and realise their own potential.
