Here it is, taken in the light of autumn today, that delicious fruit whose stone you should avoid swallowing at all costs: the 'The yew is a tree that is often ascribed a great age without there being any proof of this,' writes Wikipedia. Evergreen at that.

What is a feast for the eyes and palate for one person can be a self-imposed 'disaster' for another...

๐Ÿ‘‰ Your FEAR & RAGE will make you die.

๐Ÿ‘‰ This process leads to your death.

๐Ÿ‘‰ The beauty of it: your being is liberated.

โš–๏ธ Your path to your own HEALING." (is my motto for psychospiritual coaching & mentoring).

However: what kills may be honoured and respected.

At least that's how we experience it in the family. The yew tree has been a silent companion to us for many years, unique in its flavour. Our five children knew early on in their lives what was beneficial from this tree and what was not. Even today, we linger and snack on and from it, although it is also the tree of death for us. The father of three of our children, my husband, knew that it was poisonous and allowed it to carry him into the afterlife. ... That was in March 2013...

Since then, I have lost my fear of death, but above all of (wanting to) die. Everyone decides for themselves what they are allowed to lose / let go of and what they want to continue to carry or are unable or unwilling to carry.

This is not a call for suicide!

No, it is a reminder of what can be overcome by letting go through loving companionship in mindfulness and observation... however small or large our world pain may be.

There is always a way, even if it is often painful.

Look at the light that the yew carries within it: it was born to live and not to die.
It is the same with your inner parts, which you often suppress, whether consciously or unconsciously: they strive towards the light. Always.

And one of your counterparts also lives like this: turned towards the light (despite the pain in his chest).

So am I.... but my heart is open: for you!

Please get in touch if you would like to be accompanied on your path to the light. You are welcome in my coaching programme FLOW OF WISDOM and in my mentoring programme FLOW OF INNER SILENCE.
