YOGA & AYURVEDA RETREAT - November 2022

Nature has still given us the opportunity to treat ourselves to a detoxifying and purging time-out: Free body, mind and soul from too much, transform inside and out, retreat as a blessing. Just as the sea alternates between high and low tide, we harmonise the alternation of yin and yang on a physical and mental-spiritual level. We fall in love with the pleasure of micro & macro relaxation exercises, wander through the basics of Ayurveda, cook together in a balanced way or let the kitchen (depending on the location of the experience) provide us with food and drink, massage each other (under silent guidance), enjoy the surrounding nature and the meditative silence.  

A small Panca Karma cure supports us accompanying... (herbs, spices, drinks, oils, detoxification modalities based on the teachings of Ayurveda).

5 days / 4 nights incl. 2 warm meals (light diet) - preparation partly together as an Ayurveda cookery course

Price per person. 500,00 € plus sales tax (max. 8 persons), due upon registration after receipt of invoice. 

Accommodation in the surrounding area is to be booked independently, recommendations can be given.

# 70 % Payment of the retreat & catering flat rate in case of cancellation until 30.09.2022.

# 100 % Payment of the retreat & catering flat rate in case of cancellation by 15.10.2022.
