Stress is still on everyone's lips and keeps just about everyone in check: beauty stress, shopping stress, school stress, partner stress, communication stress, work stress, performance fulfilment stress, competition stress, high sensitivity stress, health stress, ego stress, etc. The list could go on forever. The list could go on forever.
But once the baby has fallen into the well, it's not easy to get it out again. Especially as you don't even know what else you could do to get back on track. Burying your head in the sand is sometimes the last resort, but so far it hasn't contributed to the desired solution = de-stressing.
And in all the talk of "I'm already doing my best", "I'm coming up with so many different great ideas": relationship stabilisation, conflict resolution, bonus payments, bouquets of flowers, .... (again, the list goes on and on), one thing becomes clear again and again: stress (still) makes you ill. And not only that: depending on individual behaviour, stress leads to a maximum loss of trust.
The only solution: openness and transparency in all directions. Ruthless disclosure for everyone involved in the process.
Confidence is the only basis for recovery. Self-confidence is the key to holistically successful happiness!
