Lectures on holistic health topics, Stillness, silence, meditation, yoga, detoxification tips from Ayurveda, self-massage, mini-coaching, hiking - in a group - accompanied, individualised, relaxed. Unwinding, self-reflection tasks to guide you through the day, time to share and silence in mindfulness alternate.

Our starting point is a small urban property in Herleshausen in the centre of Germany. (Please book your own accommodation, I will be happy to help you find it).   

Price for the retreat per person: 420.00 plus VAT (max. 18 persons), due upon registration after receipt of invoice. 

Iincl. breakfast ginger water & tea, fruit and 1 warm meal 

Cancellation conditions:

# 50 % Payment of the retreat and accommodation & catering flat rate in case of cancellation by 01.06.2022

# 100 % Payment of the retreat and accommodation & catering flat rate in case of cancellation by 20.06.2022
