If you are on fire (for something), you get up

Some people did not expect to be seized by such a fire again. A fire that would awaken an unexpected strength in him and throw him out of his routine, his lethargy, even his long-held sense of security. Suddenly all his skins float away, he loses his usual way of being, his job, his contacts, his own opinion.

And all of a sudden he has to reorganise everything. To start all over again, even in middle age.

Nothing helps, nothing lasts. Everything he has grown fond of is lost: including his position - for example, his position in a company that he had led in an exemplary manner for many years. Gone.

His employees are no different. Only no one knows about the other. "He's already got his sheep in dry cloths..."

And everyone must set out for new shores, must see what qualities that may have long been buried lie dormant within them and awaken them so that they can shine their own light and that of others once again.

Sometimes you need a hand to keep the fire in check or blow it in a certain direction. Everything new brings with it a sense of euphoria that can quickly turn into paralysis or burn out. Patience and an observer's eye are welcome.
