Fear of silence

This world is afraid of SILENCE - SILENCE IN A LOUD WORLD

The peace that everyone wants on the outside seems to block itself because of inner war. The words are harsh, yet they harbour a softness that hints at the fear of absolute nakedness.

Being who we really are undermines our actions, which we do not seem to trust in our smallest corners. In the absence of any resonance with the outside that supports us, we weave and weave and declare it null and void: the urge for words, the distraction, the desire for a busy, free experience is too strong.

Peace, silence and opportunities to find one's own personal meaning in life, to experience fulfilment, to distance oneself from everyday life and to be with oneself are often only found in seclusion. Excursions to yoga centres or ahsrams provide an insight into silence, which is short-lived in the rhythm of the events on offer, but is found far more in monasteries or in guided Vipassana meditation, often 10 days in a row, with physical pain associated with the long sitting posture.

STILLE IN EINER LAUTEN WELT is an offer of linguistic, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual confrontation with oneself; to bring order into the experienced chaos, to gain distance, to get to the bottom of an essentiality, to follow the call of all sensations, whose space otherwise has no width.

However, this world does not dare to look at itself. All the 'ah's & oh's' take place in a half-heartedness that scrolls through social media, an addiction to experience rather than closeness to oneself. Avoiding the danger of getting too close could quickly lead to the impression of human futility. Better not. The richness of what is on offer everywhere is much more exciting than retreating, which may not even be subject to an honest inner decision. In for a penny, in for a pound or 'I didn't want this at all...!

Why dig deep when the surface supports the oh-so-beautiful positive thinking that no American-style coach or trainer can resist.

One-hold does not impose itself on any polarity. The centre of the lemniscate finds emotion through the observing awareness as a learning field in seclusion with reflection modality, in order to be in the constantly performing one: to be.

The courage to trust is the responsibility of the wealth of peace.

Or as Vivekananda said, who left the visible world at the age of 39 with the words: "I wish God had created all people in such a way that philosophy, mysticism, emotion and activity were equally present in them!"

How brave are you? Experience SILENCE IN A LOUD WORLD.
