About Kati Voß

"Are you ready to follow your own wisdom?" Life is an invitation - and I am here to take it with you.

About me

I am Kati Voß - author, mentor, lecturer and companion in times of change. The Academy of Wisdom is my living expression of the fact that education, healing and remembrance are inextricably linked. My path is not linear, but is interwoven with silence, depth and the longing for truthfulness.

I do not accompany people with methods, but with clarity, resonance and presence. I don't teach - I remind. I don't analyse - I listen. In the encounter, words become signposts, silence becomes a mirror, life itself becomes a teacher.

I am not a concept, not a title, not a construct. I am an open field - changeable, perceptive, touchable. I do not work on you, but with you - in your stillness, your resistance, your innermost call.

Kati 'Tripura' Voß - "Tripura - The three forces"

"Tripura - the three forces"
The name under which I teach refers to the three primal forces of being: will, cognition and action.
These forces are not an idea - they are alive. They work through your body, your thinking, your heart.
When you remember that all of this is already within you, transformation begins - not on the outside, but in your inner alignment.

Professional background

My path is not a straight line - but a living path of change, characterised by experience, transformation and inner growth. I started out as a businesswoman in a construction company, worked as a pharmaceutical sales representative in industry and later became an Ayurveda therapist, yoga teacher and healing counsellor. Today, as a mentor, lecturer and author, I accompany people on their very own paths - in upheaval, in departure, in arrival.

I have worked in systemic contexts, taught in business and healthcare, supported people in crises, organised farewells and created quiet spaces for change. Today I teach across disciplines: in care, social work, personal development and consciousness development - online, in presence, in companies or in a protected retreat space.

What sets me apart is the ability to recognise what is essential - and to pass it on with depth, clarity and touchability. Beyond roles or titles, I am interested in what remains when the outside becomes silent: the encounter with what really matters.

Working method & methodology

In my guidance, bodywork, consciousness development and inner clarification interweave to create a silent space of experience. Yoga, breathwork and meditation open up access to stillness and embodiment. Coaching, darshan, retreat and supervision invite you to encounter yourself - in the light of Advaita philosophy and an experience-based path.
I combine conventional medical expertise with spiritual psychology, structured thinking with intuitive presence. Empathy, clarity and inner focus create a field in which you can encounter yourself in a deeper way - beyond technique, beyond method.

Transformation occurs when heart, body and mind come into contact with each other again. What I teach is not new - it is memory.

Topics from my teaching activities (selection)

Encounter & accompaniment

The ACADEMY OF WISDOM is not a place in the conventional sense. It is a space - a field of silence, remembrance and inner alignment. Here we do not encounter the concept of development, but the experience that wants to unfold.

In 1:1 coaching, retreats, darshans, yoga rooms, meditation cycles and in the Inner School, you can reveal what is ready within you: your questions, your longing, your depth, your fire - and your silent yes to life.

I do not meet you as a teacher above you, but as a person at your side - in mindfulness, presence and clarity. I look forward to what emerges in the encounter between us.

Concluding words

I don't believe in quick fixes, but in deep transformation. Not in concepts, but in lived experience. Not in external authority, but in inner truthfulness. When you are ready to meet yourself, a silent space opens up - not to become someone else, but to remember who you are. I will accompany you in this space of clarity and connection - mindfully, openly, humanly.

When you are ready to meet yourself, a silent space opens up -
not to become someone else,
but to to remember who you are.

I am looking forward to what the encounter will reveal.

"It's not me who accompanies you - life does. I just remind you."
